Nice to dip below 170. Busy weekend at home. Lots of work to do around house and yard. Installed new floor plus lots of outdoor work. Just made my best approximations for exercise equivalents. Got a weight training session in this morning before work. Boss coming in from Nashville so I want to try to get my exercise in early vs. being stuck not having done it. Peeeeeeeace out!

Thanks all. Yeah, the boss is a cool guy, but he is based 200 miles away so we meet only around 3 times a year. Not a bad arrangement!
