Hi, its been a while since I've been on the page but you are doing Great. I agree with the broth. Make it low sodium add chicken and maybe a few carrots and onion but what really adds to the flavor and seems to cure an appetite is a half a teaspoon of Cinnamon. I cooked this in a 2 quart crock pot. Almost has a sweet taste. I'm going to try a modified rice and lemon chicken soup but without the rice. I'll find a substitute and keep you posted.
