I'm happy, but not sure if I can keep up this kj intake for the next two weeks. Would so love to reach my goal before all the eating out at Christmas as I know that might set me back again. This year I want to try to keep up with exercise throughout the silly season though.

awesome loss, you can do it. Just keep reminding yourself that you are eating healthier for the rest of your life, not just to drop a few pounds for a short time. I really hope that came out right, I meant it in a good way
