The Koreans ferment cabbage in ground. It is absolutely delicious. It smells extremely funky, but taste extremely delicious and great for your gut bacteria. The good ones. My mom also pickles, cabbage and adds pieces of beets to it so it turns red. It’s absolutely delicious too and so good for you. Good job.

Amazon Prime will be your friend. Most things I buy through Amazon end up being cheaper than in the stores. How do they do that? Every year they send you a notice when you have saved enough on shipping to pay for your Prime Membership. It was March this year. I am currently MAILING a 16 serving set of Christmas dishes with the silverware, serving pieces, wine, water and champagne glasses — the works— to my daughter who recently moved to Michigan. It will be about $400.00 by the time I’m done. Adds to my Amazon appreciation.

Kenna Amazon treats their employees like SLAVES that's how they are able to beat your local stores. Please buy local from people who pay a living wage to their workers and stop supporting the Bezos slavery. Support your town and the people in it not Jegg Bezo slave master.

@Kenna Morton Amazon is made up of many different entities, some solo operations, some major distribution centered, but ultimately the goods come from some factory. My friend who sells on Amazon goes to China every year to purchase her goods, so although she is in the US her goods come from China. If she has a successful product it is copied and sold directly from the factory or elsewhere in China. Amazon can afford to have cheap stuff because they underpay their American workers if the seller uses the distribution centers, or solo operators can cut prices to have huge sales all at once to make their quotas set by Amazon or else the company is set in China or somewhere that has a much lower cost of living.

Abbadabba— I am sending everything ground and the first box was slated to be delivered today and was delivered yesterday. The second box was scheduled for Monday and I got a notice that it will be delivered tomorrow. So far, so good. 5 boxes down and at least another 6 to go. I just hope the breakage is minimal

Abbadabba— I totally get what you are saying about Amazon, BUT, most of the things I am ordering through them are products that I have used for years that I can no longer even find in a store. Why? I can’t imagine why. Not only that but a couple of things I buy are about a 1/3 less through Amazon.. customer service is STERLING. I am now financially subsidizing my sister— you know the one with diabesity, and a “sweet tooth” who is now a major Covid long hauler— so I am able to buy household, personal care items and food . For instance she loves Lima beans and I can’t find them in stores around here. The last time I did they were almost $3 a can. I ordered a case(12] from Amazon for$15 dollars. It really helps. So I not only save money on the product but I don’t have to drive 70 miles to take it to her.

Abbadabba—- this is also the same sister who has spent our entire lives telling me, “you do you”— you live your life and I will live mine. Who also ABHORRES exercise— just not her thing.
