Glad to have lots of work right now in the dead of summer. I'm still walking Bubs in the morning before it gets too hot. Mr Coco took over late afternoon walks, but he has been working late, so I may have to assume those for now too. I hate sweating twice a day, but I'm sure it's good for me.
Still eating too much when I go out. I need to take my own tupperware in my purse and put half away right there on the spot.
Been drinking more water and that has helped digestion.
1:22pm: Just harvested some fresh lettuce greens and tomatoes out of the garden for my lunch. Adding a boiled egg and some sardines, black beans, and corn. It's delicious.
