Here’s a new week to try to work some of it off and eat in moderation . And maybe in this coming month you can think ahead of ways to deal with it so you’ll be less likely to go off plan. (One piece of chocolate, not the whole bar, or only buying snack size portions in the first place.). One day at a time, one meal at a time. We’ve all had slip-ups but that’s how we learn to make better choices. All the best to you.

Be gentle with your beautiful soul... we are all humans, not robots. If there is an aspect of yourself that you don't like, look for a strategy that will help change things so that you love yourself. You are worth this attention, care and self-love.

It is ok to have a me day once and awhile as long as you don't continue staying on that me party. Probably water weight from eating the less nutritious foods. You got this!

Don't let this set you back. Own it and move on. At the end of May I stopped doing my walks and not watching what I was eating. I gained back 5 pounds. I used being to hot outside to walk. Then in August pushed myself to get back to what I was doing. I started with 10 minutes walking twice a day through the house. Then I added in moving arms and skipping bursts and at times evening jogging a lap around the house. Now since the weather has changed I walk outside. I'm sure people see me doing my cardio packed walk and think I'm crazy but I think well didn't Rocky the movie he did something like that or was it running up the stairs to get himself strong. So if he can I can. I put on some praise music and I'm off doing my Rocky thing!!

it's ok to have a day when you can forget about a diet or whatever but I noticed that because of my period I gain whatever weight I lost befero it. so slowly I'm managing my appetite during the period and it helps me keeping my weight under control

There isn't one man on this planet that could survive one year of periods! That's every 28 days of Jeez. Every week our hormones are in flux. The word shame is a poor mans word to make themselves seem more powerful. Never put yourself down. Do you hear me?

Hi, Christina. How are you feeling now? First of all, thank you for sharing your episode and feelings which is not easy to open to others. It is not your fault at all. It just happened. Things are continuously changing and "This too shall pass." I support you.

Thank you everyone!!! I really appreciate all your comments and support. It's a new week and I'm for sure trying to get back on track. And all your support helps me a lot and means the world to me. I still have cramps but they'll go away soon. The quitting smoking doesn't help with the anxiety very much but it is possible so I'll make it happen. Again, thank you so much all of you 🥰🥰🥰🥰
