A second day with a drop. My body appears to be in a rhythm of 2 days of drop followed by a day or two of increases, then hold steady for 2-3 days. I find odd how the body goes about losing weight.

Interestingly enough those days you have an increase may be from building lean muscle mass especially if you are working out. Muscle is denser and smaller than fat mass, but 16 ounces of muscle is still a pound, so when you lose fat and gain muscle you cannot see it on a scale. That is why body measurements are so important.
