Woohoo! As long as the scale goes down, and not up, I'm happy!! I've been working really hard to get more cardio in, and it has paid off. Today I did over 3 miles, combo of walking and running, and it felt great! Now if I can just stick with it...

Being consistent is the solution - some days you will not want to exercise but being consistent over the long term big picture is the greatest way to keep the metabolism going! Good loss for you this week!

Thanks for all the encouragement! It's amazing how supportive FS members are. Weight loss is so hard, especially if one has health issues, and it can be so frustrating at times, but we're all in it together, one pound at a time!!
