I did not hit my protein intake for two days (my goal protein intake 160g) and yesterday ate burger, fries and cookies. It is surprised that my weight went down today and yesterday was off day.

Today I will go to gym and try to hit my macros.

160g proteins, 280 carbs, 80 fats
147.3 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
