It is going very well Menu planning - logging everything - eating 99% healthier food choices that included a Maltese Chocolate bar (yum - goes good on porridge with raspberries and vanilla yogurt) and exercising 5 days per week (Using Crystal Jo's bone strengthening page)
I have maintained under 145 all month of June in the last 3 days have begun to drop down to 140 fuelling with 200 calorie meals every 4 hours - that W.O.E. includes one middle of the night or early morning meal at about 3am to 4 am. Every 4 hours I have a small meal.
Had to begin to carefully measure and cut back on my water intake to downsize to the 7-8 cup maximum... I only take in fluids and coffee during and with meals and in the process of reading an .... "EXERCISE BOOK???!" 6 exercise plans to Reversing age in 30 days and considered a flashing monumental moment of future quarter marathon runs ..."Quork?" Whatever !!!
