I had a doctor appointment today. My doctor had put me on a shot to help with weight loss. I'm eligible to tame the shot now due to my health condition. I had to get blood worm done as well today. I'm curious to see what it would say next week when the results are in. Today's workout has been walking and strength training. I hadn't done much of anything all day except appointments and a meeting I had to go to. I had done a 30 minute walk, brisk pace and today was leg day on strength training.
