I am so thrilled for this drop. Wasn’t much but I am happy dancing!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 68.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ha ha. That’s most of my exercise. I put in my Apple ear pods and listen and dance to classic rock and roll. “Put another dime in the juke box baby”.
