Lost a few #s as wife went away and I usually don't go out to eat by my self, working more eating less, she will be gone 3 months, temporary moving to west coast of Florida with new grandbaby on way !!! So far been bust cleaning etc, as I like to clean and she does not, been working on a few projects in house, and will see what happens, Lost 2 #s scale finally let go, gym with trainer on Monday and Wednesdays, so off to gym tonight, knee still messed up since Christmas so no pickle ball, so hopefully trying to wind things up with ortho Dr. going in Thursday after series of scans and go from there, first was therapy ,then prp and now maybe surgery, very ouchy..And I'm DO N OK
