REPRIEVE!!!
Work weigh in postponed to May 1st! Relief since weight is still holding for the 3rd day on the scale. While I'm down historically, I really need to focus and get to my next goal.

Despite the referral to the back surgeon, I haven't heard anything about scheduling a visit yet. It's Friday, so I'll be calling them on Monday to see if I can prompt some action. I know that I'll need to be below a 40 BMI if surgery is in my future. That's what my Orthopedist said last fall when the proposed Knee Surgery was scheduled. I was 11 lbs lighter then, so Luke Skywalker "stay on target, stay on target"!
