I'm sure to go back up before I settle down. Very happy, though. 7 years in the making. When my boys were younger, I would eat (in moderation) whatever I wanted but I started to walk while they played in the park or while they had ANY outside activity. I made super small changes. Eventually I made bigger changes but you have got to love who you are right now. Not when you reach your goal...love the journey because the moment you reach a goal, you immediately create a new goal. Here's to bobbing up and down.
