Hi folks! It's been a busy few months with some ups and downs.
I haven't posted a progress update in quite some time, but below is a fairly accurate representation of how things are coming along 😜.
I put on 20 lbs really fast over the summer (intentionally) just to step up to the next weight class. The gym fell away for a minute, but I've got back into my groove and progressing very nicely. I'm keeping the weight and the fat is slowly disappearing.
Something to always remember though:
CONSISTENCY IS EVERYTHING!!
The more you change things around with diet or exercise routines; the more excuses you make or the more wiggle room you allow.... they make it that much harder to get back to the amazing way you feel when you're on the warpath of motivation and transforming to what you imagine is "the best version of yourself".
Basically, take it from your wise Uncle Chris: don't quit - not for a second! A break should not last longer than a few days or you'll get lazy. Trust me on this ❤
