Didn't go too far over my goal rdi yesterday, ended at 1295 calories. Coupled with exercise that gave me a deficit of 845 calories =) Scale dropped me to 149lbs this morning. That's a 0.8lbs drop from the last two measurements. Those weigh ins were 5 days apart, so yesterday's may have been higher then it should have been... or today's might be lower. Time will tell.
Regardless, that 149.0 makes me feel like I am solidly in the 140s. Such a good feeling! 5lbs away from being 30lbs down and 9lbs away from being out of the 'overweight' zone for my height. 14lbs away from being into the 'healthy weight' zone for my height =)
Really hoping to see myself in that upper healthy weight range befor the end of summer =)
Happy Wednesday Everyone!!!

Yes, it feels good to go down into lower "10's" bracket. I'm hoping to do that soon.

WHOO HOO Calyn!!! Great news!!!! It feels good to hear about success!!! I will be so excited to get into the 150's lol... Bone structure makes a difference too. You look like you are in the medium/small group from your photo... Your doing awesome!!! You must feel proud!!! ;)

Thanks JMB and MillerM! Very appreciated! Thanks Christina! You are right, I am pretty firmly in the 'small' bone structure group =p My sister and I have pretty identicle bone structure and height but she's always stayed thin without much muscle where I was always thin with muscle. When we were the same sizes there could be a difference of 10lbs+ on our frames. She stays in the lower 100s where I stuck to the 110s. So it's not just bone structure, muscle makes a big difference too!
