In order to keep your body healthy, you have to burn more calories than you eat. If you are not under a doctor's care, you should never eat less than 1000 calories. That is bad because your body will think you are starving and will slow down your metabolism. You have to get enough protein to keep your energy up. You have to get at least 25 grams of fiber in your foods or drinks to be regular. Log your foods for the whole day and check your fiber, protein, etc. I keep my sugars at 50 grams or less to make sure that I do not become diabetic. I do not want to take those diabetic pills again! Go to your own profile and click on the link View Diet Calendar. You can see your fat, carbs, fiber, sugar, protein and calories. Yes, I'm half way there, livin on a prayer. :D
