I'm happy with my results today. It's a lot better than what it has been the past few weeks. I'm glad it's headed in the right direction. I'm not sure about inches lost right now. I hadn't measured in a while. Next week I will check my measurements since it is the beginning of the month. I think with the increased water intake and not much sodas and teas have helped recently. I drink a gallon of water every day now. It's been helping me a lot.
