Now we're talking!!! Was a bit surprised so I weighed on both bathroom scale and Tanita scale. Both are exactly the same so I'll take it! I did amp up exercise a bit this past week and ate reasonably well - could still do better adding more veggies which shouldn't be as hard as it gets hotter. Starting to feel better in clothes so that's a great thing. However, feet feeling swollen again and not sure what it is (this happened last year and I figured it was the weight gain). I'll keep an eye on it and see dr if necessary. Could also be those days I'm stuck at desk without moving. I try to get up and move as often as possible but very difficult when I work side by side with boss and he doesn't move.
Anyway.. Ready for another good week. Have a hike scheduled with BFF and gonna get some cycling in with hubby to get ready for the California Classic cycling event in May. Sending good mojo to everyone! Have a fabulous week!

Yeh, it's sometimes easy to forget that you just started using a new artificial sweetener, or maybe a new vitamin or other supplement, or even a new toothpaste. Anyway, I hope something easy turns out to be at the heart of it all. :D
