we have a pizza making birthday party today. I've planned 2 pieces of pizza in my food diary plus overall food to stay under/within my calories. I've also left a few calories over for error incase the pizza is bigger or looks like it has more calories than FS says. edit: turns out my daughter doesn't like the pizzeria pizza and wouldn't eat it! Shes never had it before and only likes our healthy home made one! Here's to healthy eating habits formed in early childhood!I had one bite instead of my planned 2 pieces so I have heaps of calories left! I thought i'd follow my 3yr ild excellent example and not have any either! We had to leave before cake time because my 1yr old was too tired so will be baking our own special pink cake this afternoon!
