Some days a few too many calories, others too few. I try to stay between 1500-1800 net kcal. I'm extremely happy that the numbers are headed down. I don't see any difference yet, but I pulled on a shirt yesterday that's usually a little tight in the arms (and needs a little pulling and adjustment). Lo and behold...IT FIT! No pulling. No straightening. Just glided on! I was shocked. My husband is being very supportive (he's a big guy too...I've fed us well over 20 yrs). But you know, this is not simply for him, but for me. I work out when I want to AND when I don't. I stick to it when I'm exercising alone and when everybody joins in. I'm committed when I'm sharing my vegetarian dinner and when the scent of burgers is permeating the room. I am SO determined right now to recapture self. I earned every ounce of fat I have and I will earn every ounce lost in sweat. I want to encourage everybody to stay committed and focused on the goal! You CAN do this. Happy Thursday! :oD
