I finally made it to my first mini-goal! Yay for me! I just need to stick with it and keep on moving... slow and steady wins the race! I never thought that the "Tortoise and the Hare" was that inspirational as a child, but now it's like my own life motto. :-)
205.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
