Day three of FMD and I fasted all day until 7 pm. Plus, HIIT cycling in the morning and a 20-minute walk in the evening got me down to 221.5. That is the lowest since May 31, 2021, which was the lowest since May 2020! So now, let's see if I can reach the 'teens...
