60 days passed 10 pounds gained (I'm positive it's nearly ALL fat because...) Only 9 lame workouts in those 2 months 0% muscle gained BUT... not much muscle lost! Keeping the protein levels at 1.25g/lb of body weight has slowed the muscle loss massively! I've still got all my veins and bicep ridges... I imagine my strength has decreased some, but that comes back a couple weeks after resuming workouts. Got a little jiggle in the middle though. This daytime schedule is for the birds, man. Going back to night shift in a few more weeks. Until then, I'm just continuing "practicing" eating 3200+ calories per day so that when my hands grip some steel again, I'll laugh at my previous numbers! Batteries: 85% charged! The throttle is revved and just waiting to pop the clutch!

Perfect post, I was thinking this morning that I needed a bumber sticker saying, “Don’t tailgate. I brake for animals.”

Good job... I think. 🤷🏻♀️ I wonder if I will be stronger at the gym. Fat= strong a lot of times but I haven't been in a little while so probably lost some.

I've never had enough fat to determine if that statement is true, DP... THAT is the experiment 😉

True story: I'd just bought my first motorcycle; had it no more than a week before "the squirrel test". The dude ran right out in front of my bike (like they do)... and the bike was issued its first battle scars from sliding 50 feet while I watched that squirrel scamper off, laughing at me 😭

I’m hearing everything you’ve said about keeping protein levels up and loss of strength. (And mass) Winter coming on and I need to get some gains back on the bones ✌️

Speaking of squirrels... there he is! Do it, man! Winter is time to hide your nuts and bury the muscles beneath some fat. You can dig them both out in time for summer! 💪😆🤘
