No change in weight after three days of eating at home!
Had to take another day "off" due to severe burning pain from low back to toes. This morning it was so intense, and no amount of stretches could reduce it.
Nothing except work to stop me from working at home today! No way in hell was I up to putting on clothes and shoes to go into the office. So another day, no pay, but productive on paying bills, and following up with Dr.'s offices!
Ahh...tomorrow I've gotta get on my lovely Valley Metro Paratransport to and from work. Please send me any good vibes you can spare.
