Mini-Cut Day 19 1 1/4" To Go Lift Day

Hard on the psych grind at this point. #2 kept picking at me yesterday knowing full well that I was hard on my cut. Intentionally trying to get me to break fast so that I would take him out to eat. I gave him nothing. No response. No eye contact. No food. Came within a hair of blowing my shit wide open. But did not. Couldn't help but recall the times I have helped these kids make weight.
Came to Jesus in the 7 Eleven parking lot right after. Was swinging by for a bottle of water and caught myself scheming to hork down one of those giant subs and chips. Ridiculous as it sounds, I sat there for about 15 minutes negotiating the whole thing with my whiny inner fat chick. Ended up skipping the 7 Eleven, driving home, and whipping myself up a bowl of grilled chicken and onions. Then an unnegotiated half cup of white rice with leek soubise, heavy cream and shaved parm. Basically instant leek risotto. Oops. Whole thing came in at about 1000k and then I called it a day. So I exceeded my plan by about 400k, but in a semi-structured non-binging way, and maintained a meaningful deficit. I'll take it.

UPDATE - Registered 7.2mm belly fat with the ultrasound(bodymetrix) at this morning's full weigh-in. Last time I measured that low in the belly was 7/12/18, 8 days before I PR'd bodyfat% at 9.4%, which is what I am chasing. (Well that and upgraded Tinder pics...) Gotta keep reminding myself that I am knocking on the door here. Just need simple persistence...
