Well, I kinda cheated to get this lower weigh in. . . I have figured out that if i get up early and pee, and then i drink a large cup of water, and do my Bible reading, and pee, do my exercise, and pee again, then i can manage to lower my weight by a couple of pounds. Having said all that, i have gotten back on track, i think. The last 3 days i have felt more centered and calm. I have come to the realization that things arent going to work out with the b/f. That realization has helped me get off the emotional roller coaster, and in turn i think it will help me be more emotionally healthy, and able to focus on my weightloss goal (instead of what is going on in a relationship that's out of my control). Next week is my weigh in, and while it won't show any steady improvement, I've made some strides personally. :-)
