I guess 200g gain is a small price to pay after all the junk i ate over the weekend! With IF does the time matter or can you choose your 8hrs? e.g eating between 11am and 7pm?

I made chocolate chip peanut butter muffins yesterday and ate 4. :/ Plus I had some popcorn last night since I was up so late with a sick kid. O well I can't bad considering I haven't gained any weight yet while being pregnant. Baby girl was probably happy about it too since I eat so many veggies. Lol!

your doing great iamachris... your Baby will be growing big and healthy on all those veggies.also a few treats within reason are absolutely fine especially when you are pregnant! hope your little one feels better soon.
