Well no change on the scale but both my hubby & I *see* the change in my body!!! That IS the purpose of my beginning this lifestyle change in the first place,because I could no longer stand to look at myself. Of course my motives have grown since then & I have *numerous* reasons for my new lifestyle now :D
I know I could *see* number changes just by measuring but I really want to be blown away at the end of the month so I'll wait ...kind of like getting a tax return refund,only better :D
