I need to visualize myself saying no and then just do it. Mr Coco has lately been buying things that shouldn't be on our menu. But I'm making the bad choice to indulge right along with him. Yesterday it was Genoa salami. That stuff is a calorie bomb.
When we started changing our way of eating back in May, Mr Coco was dropping weight faster than I could, typical for guys. He has been stalled out since about November, after losing the first 25-30, and needs to lose another 30. I think he still wants to lose, but the lure of junk food is getting to him lately.
I can't cave in too.
