Low cal day but only dropped .1 lbs. I will take it! Might see another drop overnight. Lots of protein. Bought four new suits last night as I am finally comfortable at my size (44) and I can take in the pant waists if I have to. Also, adjusted my overall goal weight from 190 to 195 based on studying the Tanita scale and the Willoughby athletic index.

Way to go on the new suits. All you need is a good tailor. It's amazing what they can do with your clothes when you drop a few pounds. Good on ya!
