Have you tried Keto? It takes a few days to get past the carb cravings. Then it's almost like Home Free. All the bacon, sausage, coffee, cream, cheese, buttered veggies you want, but no carbs. Wife and I have been doing well on it. It was a huge change for me because I was brought up on baked goods and sugar.
