I am on the last day of the water challenge, YAY! I actually got down in my weight. I lost a few inches around my waist area as well. It went from a 56" to 53". I am glad of the results. I plan on continuing this as a new lifestyle. This has been a good experience for me within the last week. Have a great Saturday everyone!
