New change in routine. Going to start doing my aerobic routine early in the morning, using the walking of the dog as my "pre"-warmup. This change will remove the activity from my 30-minute break at work. However, if I feel the need to do some then I can. I'm coming into the final 10-pound stretch of this weight goal, and there is still quite a bit of blubber covering my core. A lot is now gone too, I might add. Perhaps when I hit that 140-pound mark, I may find it necessary to make a run at a second goal (challenge), say 130-pounds, and see where everything is at that time.
