If I hadn't gained 13 or more pounds, it wouldn't be flying off. 😉 it was mostly just water and sodium and all that other stuff. Well above where I should be but headed back to it and you will too. Easy peasy! Have a great day! (Only Wednesday...this has been the longest week of my life!)
