I'm still just following the food guide pyramid, making sure I get the full value of fruits and veggies and not going over my allotted 2900 calories. I even have treats occasionally, as long as I stay within the calories allotted for them on my pyramid. I also get at least 60 min of some sort of exercise a day as recommended. No diets, no crazy body detoxes, nothing. Just following what the FDA recommends for healthy living. I'm posting this because I hope more people will realize that crazy fad diets or denying your body fuel (carbs) or other crazy quick fix problems are nuts when you consider that simply following a healthy plan allows you to eat a variety of foods and lose weight. Down 23 pounds or so now. :)
