I eliminated my protein powder during the week, but, when I looked at my protein numbers they were not reduced much (because other food I consume also has protein).
So that experiment was a bust.
Unless I go 5 days of low carb it looks like I will hit 190lbs+ I don't want this, but, I have bigger issues in my life to be concerned with right now...
