Waist measurement was down half a cm to 77:5
Original waist measurement was 82 so almost two inches less now despite only one kg drop.
I haven’t been especially active but reduced bread intake so less bloating is probably main reason for the decrease
140.9 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
