Interesting!?! Night 8: 9:40 pill, 12:10 bed (actually lay down before 12, but turn, turn, turn, had to get back up)Voltaren gel on both knees, top of feet and TOES, White Flower Balm Oil on low back, & calves, Aromatherapy Sleep lotion on chest and arms. 1:50 - remake bed, R hip, R calf, L knee 4:45 - fought against getting up for as long as possible, remake bed, etc., etc. 8:05 - George did his best to get me up sooner, but just kept rotating my position in bed. Pelvis is so tight, and Right leg barely supporting weight, so lay back down. 8:50 - Have to work, so got up and Dressed! New LuLaRoe Top (SURPRISE! accidental purchase arrived in yesterday's mail) with Swimsuit skirt. Just not up to wearing layers of clothes.
