** YESTERDAY **
Ate most of that large, cheesy pizza and went to bed at 161 lbs. Just shows how much of food weight is just water. Nothing to worry about!
875 extra calories yesterday means 1/2 pound gain... of course! 🤔 It actually would've been less if I waited until I actually got up in a couple hours, but whatever.
** TODAY **
Just another quick nap and then it's time to get this party of a day started!
An 8" sea salted caramel cake... half for a pre-workout and the other half for tomorrow's post-workout meal!
Then a big gym chest and tricep assault to put last night's pizza to use (Thanks for the pro-tip, Melissa 😉) and then finishing off the rest of the pizza post-workout.
Then for dinner, apparently someone knows what's up and they constructed a restaurant just for me a couple towns over! Gracias, yo! 🏋️♂️
