The insomnia is getting a little bit ridiculous and that sort of makes me feel like a crack addict. I slept maybe two hours last night and maybe five hours the night before. I'm also not eating, I have constant dizziness and vertigo. I really get a handle on this- Going to make a huge effort to get back on drinking my water and eating all of my meals and see if that makes any difference.
