At least I packed all my workouts in at the beginning of the week. I still did 3 days. I was gonna start 4 this week, but it just got pushed back another week.
No stress. I'm not missing out on anything. Nothing is gonna deteriorate. Just eating and sleeping like a giant baby.
I just don't like being in a funk - going out to McDonald's yesterday and realized I probably shouldn't be driving while sick - reaction time was a bit shoddy lol. Didn't hit anything, but still made me realize it's best I stay home 👍

It was all that nyquil you chugged! I'd have poor reaction time too! For a guy why drives for a living... 😁 I know... You had probably allowed it to leave your system! I hope you are feeling better!

Yes, it’s best to stay home and recuperate fully! That’s a great attitude. You’ll get back into it when you’re totally back to feeling well, very soon. Rest and feel better.
