Alright, then! 225.0 this morning for the COMPLETE 100 lb. loss. Took me an extra week, but I like doing it on Independence Day. Makes it easy to remember. Interestingly, Labor Day 2012 was the first time I dipped under 300, so these holidays are good! Gonna do burgers and beer today... time to celebrate!
