UGH. Sick today! MAJOR congestion, etc. Blech. But, bloat is still dropping and I'm sticking to my plan! Wheee! Being sick often makes me want to turn to carbies, but not today! Not gonna do it!

BUT.... just because I ran some red lights, doesn't mean I'll keep running them all day! Healthy dinner and "dessert" planned. Back on track!
