I was hoping to see a drop, but didn't expect it to be this good. I can't wait to start closing in on the 160s! But I will not starve myself to get there.
Day 7? or 8? of a long string of perfect-weather days. I can't believe it. I understand why my daughter and my aunt are both so in love with California. This is what the weather is like most of the time. It really does have a big impact on your mood. I've been unusually cheerful all week.
Oh... forgot to write about last night's supper. I stopped by the fish market and got some sea scallops. OMG, they were delicious! Mr Coco prepared them with shallots, leeks, and garlic, sauteed in butter with vermouth. Had that with Swiss chard sauteed with bacon and baby lima beans. It amazes me that I can eat so well (of course in normal portions) and wake up to a drop in weight.
