Stayed the same this week. Better than up. Had a thought today. Have a freezer full of "adult beverages" I have bought. Now that the weather is starting to get better, I like to sit outside and enjoy. The other day, thought I would just check the calories. 280!! 5 WW points!!! Now I realize why I was on a plateau last summer! :/ Need to find something I like that isn't so high in calories and points. Any suggestions?
