Day 5 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
California went into a full lock down. I ended up eating more crackers.
I am just going to accept I am going to end up gaining 10+ pounds while all this is going on.
It is mentally too hard to work, deal with all this, and try to keep up the mental fortitude to stick to my fasting.
