2150 kcal Fat: 52.00g | Prot: 113.35g | Carb: 311.48g.   Breakfast: clementine, smart ones muffin, chocolate soy milk. Lunch: ricotta stuffed chicken, spaghetti and meatballs, apple, Pineapple (Drained, Juice Pack, Canned), strawberry, blueberries, peach, Grapes. Dinner: classico sun dried, four cheese sauce, basil, whole wheat rotini, wacky mac. Snacks/Other: frigo light, yoplait boston, frigo colby. more...
