I'm up to where I was before I started the Daniel fast in January. But at least I finally stepped on the scale. I will try to weigh myself daily, like DP and some others so this doesn't get too out of control. I also need to log my food more consistently.
I am practicing "social distancing" - the new phrase and have enough canned, frozen and boxed food in the house for 3 or 4 weeks. Even more if I do some 48-72 hour fasts. The food isn't the healthiest but I can watch the calories. Don't need to have a whole can of corned beef hash for dinner, but divide into 2 or 3 meals.
Wondering if I should go get an allergy shot or take my car in for work. I think you can't really partially isolate yourself. I know I am not sick now but who knows the condition of people at the allergist office or the auto repair shop. I have someone scheduled to paint my kitchen cabinets next week. I'm thinking of rescheduling that even though it just means 1 person in my house and I can stay in a different part of the house. But he needs 5-7 days and I think it's possible during that time that my county tells everyone they can't leave home.
